Return Policy
We're sure you'll love our items, but if something goes wrong, you can return them quickly and easily.
Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase no later than 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order.
Conditions for making a return:
To be eligible for return, the item must:
• be intact, unworn, unwashed and undamaged;
• keep all original tags and labels;
We do not accept returns of items:
• customized or tailor-made;
• purchased on sale, if specified in the product sheet.
How to make a return:
1. Fill out the return request
Send an email to the brand's email address indicating:
• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return (optional)
2. Wait for confirmation
You will receive an email with return shipping instructions.
3. Ship the package
Please carefully package your items and send them to the address we provide.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a traceable service.
Reimbursement:
Once we receive and verify your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
NB:
If you enter the wrong shipping address during checkout and the order has already been processed, any return shipping costs and redelivery to the correct address will be borne by the buyer.
If you mistakenly placed the same order twice and these have already been processed (and therefore can no longer be changed), we accept returns only if the item has not been opened and/or used. In this case, returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date; return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
